We pull from a database of more than 16,000 executive recruiters. We narrow down the list based on client parameters provided to us: geography, industry, position sought, etc.
For most clients, the list that results is about 300-1,100 names (with specific contact information: email addresses, addresses, titles, phone numbers, etc). We also tailor a cover letter to the recruiter who will receive the resume/cover letter, send it from the email address listed on the resume, and then provide the list of who received the resume/cover letter, for the client to follow up on.
Unlike a typical “resume blast”, our database content is updated quarterly and consists of 16,000+ recruiters and 3,500 venture capital/private equity contacts. Through extensive research and proprietary software development, we have amassed an effective, responsive list of contacts that includes industry leaders Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles, Boyden World, DHR International, Egon Zehnder, Crist Associates, Korn/Ferry, Russell Reynolds, and Stanton. Once we hone your list, we craft a specific, recruiter-targeted cover letter to use to contact your custom list. You will Additionally, you will receive a list with complete contact information for each recruiter/VC contact to engage in follow up afterwards to ensure you get the most out of our executive resume distribution services.
Upon placing your order, you receive a sheet with selection criteria. You select your desired employment categories, specific industries (if desired), and salary range. You also have the opportunity to select specific states, rather than nationally, if desired. Your recruiter-focused letter and resume will be emailed to your targeted list and you will receive the target list as confirmation of the information being sent.
