I was on Twitter one morning and I read comments and complaints from job seekers, recruiters and career professionals about how frustrating the executive recruitment process is.

The executive job search frustrating during normal times and good times—it’s downright heart-wrenching and even dangerous in pandemic times. And frankly, although I mainly work with executives, I know this is a pervasive problem at all levels of hiring for both job seekers and recruiters.

In this video, I put together my thoughts on how each of us can contribute and make the recruitment process / job search process a little easier and more unified. If we can unify job seekers and recruiters in this way, we can all incrementally make the process more humane.
