I was on Twitter one morning and I read comments and complaints from job seekers, recruiters and career professionals about how frustrating the executive recruitment process is.

The executive job search frustrating during normal times and good times—it’s downright heart-wrenching and even dangerous in pandemic times.

And frankly, although I mainly work with executives, I know this is a pervasive problem at all levels of hiring for both job seekers and recruiters.
