In 2009, Lisa launched ChameleonResumes.com to improve outcomes for corporate outplacement programs and individual executive job seekers. She has served as an industry leader at more than 50 Recruiting and HR events and advised more than 10,000 executives as a growth and exit advisor for leadership roles. She is the author and creator of 16 eBooks and webinars, 52 podcasts and training videos, and over 1,200 articles/blog posts on career tips. As a former Expert Moderator for LinkedIn's Premium Career Group, Lisa was instrumental in growing the group from 99K to 2M members.
Since 2017, Lisa has been a leader in the AI space. Chameleon was the first job landing consulting firm to introduce a machine learning (ML) model for executive clients. In 2023, she launched Outreach Amplifier, a networking amplification service that identifies and connects executives with 1,200 new contacts to strengthen their outreach. In 2024, Lisa's company, Chameleon, launched ChamBot—an online AI career coach to help job seekers land positions more quickly. Currently, she is working on multiple AI projects and maintains strong connections within the recruiting industry to improve both job seeker and corporate hiring processes.
Prior to Chameleon, Lisa was a top-producing executive in the staffing industry. She restructured internal processes, turned around underperforming teams, and opened new territories. Lisa delivered hypergrowth in the sales pipeline and dramatically improved the business unit's bottom line.
