- Using font size 9 or smaller for the majority of your resume (any recruiter over 40 can’t read it!)
- Having task-based bullets instead of achievement-based bullets (all CFOs do similar tasks…how well you do the task sets you apart)
-Making your name bigger than your title (some think you subliminally send a message that you have a big ego to contend with 🤣)
