What Kind Of Leaders Are Getting Hired In 2024?

Chaos. Churn. Profit-saving.

From my perspective, this is what the economic climate was like in 2023.

Layoffs to save profits.

Companies reacting (often poorly) to uncertainty.

Employees are the shrapnel of marketplace chaos.

It shouldn’t be this way.

It can be better.

I believe it can be better in 2024.

Predictions by top financial and law firms are seeing that M&A activity will be up in 2024.

So will the 5 industries I mention in this video. They will be expanding and producing jobs.

And don’t forget we have the US presidential election, which is always good for added uncertainty.
